Brittany Payton RD, CDN

Brittany believes that by establishing (and maintaining) a healthy well balanced meal plan and incorporating a moderate amount of physical activity into our daily lives we can prevent and
treat many of the health related issues that plague us today. Her goal is to help her clients
develop a personalized plan of action and provide continued support to improve overall quality
of life.

There is no magical potion or pill that will reverse the effects of poor diet and nutrition. Her
motto is that for a healthy lifestyle you have to do everything in moderation…Balance is
important for overall success!

Brittany is both a Registered Dietitian and a New York State Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. She became intrigued by nutrition through the influence of her parents that practiced healthy eating as she grew up. Her upbringing sparked a strong interest that developed into a career in nutrition.

For the past three years she has had the opportunity of providing medical nutrition therapy to a variety of populations to transform how they view and utilize food to improve quality of life.

Through this time she has developed a passion for counseling individuals and small groups in the areas of weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, prenatal nutrition, and general healthy eating.
